Welcome to the Allegheny North Swim Club!

We're excited you've taken this first step in learning how to join our program. To join ANSC, your swimmer will need to attend tryouts and qualify for the team. Tryouts occur once a year usually in the August or September timeframe. Before your swimmer can tryout, you must meet certain criteria.

1. Swimmers must reside in the North Allegheny School District and be entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
2. A basic knowledge of the four competitive strokes is helpful as well as being comfortable swimming 25 yards at a time.  
3. Your swimmer must be willing to commit to >50% of practices. Practice days rotate but occur two to three days per week.
